This service is designed to help an individual reach their optimal level of performance physically, mentally, and spiritually. It is best suited for individuals who are motivated and willing to challenge themselves. This service is unique because Charlie blends his skills as a therapist and substance use counselor with his background as a Navy SEAL and lived experiences working through addiction, PTSD, and many other challenging life situations. This service touches on a range of topics not typically covered in therapy, such as exercise, nutrition, leadership development, and performance optimization. It also fosters a professional working relationship with greater flexibility and autonomy than the standard therapist-client relationship. Some goals that would be great for this service include breaking through work or athletic performance anxiety, improving discipline, building confidence and self-esteem, achieving goals, and working through fears such as public speaking. Charlie does a phenomenal job providing a compassionate environment while simultaneously challenging the individual to grow. If you are looking for a place to vent and be validated for an hour, this isn’t the service for you. Whatever your goals may be, if you think this might be something you're interested in, please e-mail Charlie. Although Charlie is a therapist and mental/emotional well-being will be addressed, this is not a therapy service and is not for individuals experiencing clinical levels of impairment and distress or needing credentialed documentation.
