We understand it’s not easy to ask for help. We started our Treatment Center because we wanted to be able to work for a facility where we would feel comfortable seeking services ourselves if we needed help. We are committed to treating each and every one of our clients with warmth, respect, and compassion. Please take a moment to get to know us. We look forward to also learning more about you

Hey! I’m Charlie, and I’d be humbled to play a small part in your journey. I’m a passionate, caring, and charismatic Navy SEAL veteran dedicated to positively impacting your life. I was raised in Minnesota, splitting my time between the Twin Cities and Iron Range. While enlisted, I spent time in Afghanistan, South Korea, New Zealand, Australia, Thailand, and Germany. I cherished my time as a Navy SEAL (my childhood dream), but it came with many hardships. Those experiences led me to serve others in a new way—mental health and substance abuse recovery. I specialize in Twelve-Step Facilitation and Behavioral Therapy, with unique expertise in accomplishing goals, building discipline, overcoming fear/anxiety, performing under stress, and forging mental toughness. I consider and treat every mental health condition holistically (physically, mentally, and spiritually). If I’m not at the gym, work, or school, I’m with my kids. Don’t let the tattoos and scars fool you—I’m more of a lover than a fighter! Let’s work together to get you where you want to be!

Amanda is currently a doctoral student working on her PhD in Clinical Psychology. She administers clinical evaluations and assessments to help identify and clarify the pathological concerns of client’s mental, emotional and substance use morbidities. Amanda has over a decade experience in Corporate Management. She also comes from a military family. For 10 years, she was the wife of a commander who struggled with PTSD. She raised her 2 children (one special needs) mostly alone, while managing her own emotional battles that came with having a husband deployed to a silent war zone. Through her military experience, Amanda has been fortunate to travel the world which gives her a broader understanding of people’s unique situations and complexities. She is culturally competent and sensitive to families with special needs children. Some of her specialized treatment modalities include TFT (Thought Field Therapy) and CBT.

Born and raised on the east side of St. Paul, Alex is a Fire Captain with over 17 years of experience serving a busy, diverse community and leading teams in challenging environments. His career in emergency response has shaped a steady, people-centered leadership style grounded in discipline, accountability, and staying calm when it matters most.
At the core of Alex’s leadership philosophy is a simple belief: you can’t lead people well if you don’t truly know them. He values understanding individual strengths, personalities, and motivations, and believes leadership is less about rank and more about responsibility. For him, it’s about helping people grow, building confidence, and setting clear expectations.
Alex also believes strongly in servant leadership by supporting your team, removing obstacles, and setting the example. He sees leadership as a balance of strength and humility, holding high standards while remaining approachable and grounded.
Today, Alex is passionate about mentoring and developing both new and experienced leaders. He works to help others build confidence, strengthen decision-making, and foster team cultures rooted in trust and respect.
