Taking the first step is always the hardest! Whether you are looking to get help for a loved one, or for yourself, we are here to help guide you for each additional step you take along the way. Each one of us has been touched by addiction and mental illness, which is what compelled us to get into this field. We don't judge. We understand every situation is unique and everyone deserves the same level of care and compassion.
Before Getting into Substance Use Disorder Treatment:
You must get a Substance Use Disorder Evaluation. This is an evaluation done by a licensed drug counselor who will assess which level of care is most appropriate for you based on certain criteria. Schedule one NOW 651-294-6363.
Once the level of care has been determined, you and your counselor will determine which treatment facility is best suited for you. There are many options available. For instances, some provide mental health services, while others don't. Some provide medically assisted treatment, others don't. Some will allow you to smoke tobacco products, others don't. So make sure you have a good understanding of what services are provided at each facility
Getting Into Our Substance Use Disorder Programs:
First, we must have your Substance Use Disorder Evaluation records prior to admitting you into our program. Once we have your records, we will give you a call to schedule an orientation appointment. At that point, we will explain the rules and expectations for being in treatment, the risks and benefits of being in treatment and common questions/concerns clients have about treatment. Typically, clients can expect to begin treatment within 1 week from the time we receive their records, as long as we do not have a waiting list.
If for some reason after the admission process you decide you would like to transfer to a different program, we will help you find another program that best fits your needs and transfer your records to the new facility.
Getting into Therapy Services:
Each of our team members have different specialties. Our case loads vary from time to time. We always do our best to care for as many patients as we possibly can without compromising our quality of care. If for some reason we can't get you in right away, please be understanding. Our clients' care is important to us!
